Shipping Policy

PROCESSING + PRODUCTION TIME
Orders usually take 6 business days to process and produce, but production time typically increases during sales and holidays. Wholesale orders usually take 10 business days to process and produce. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and create each piece by hand.


SHIPPING CARRIER + TIME
Once your order has been processed and produced, orders are shipped via First Class mail by default, which varies between 3-5 business days.  Wholesale orders will usually be shipped UPS and also varies between 3-5 business days.

PRIORITY/INSURED SHIPPING
We strongly suggest selecting Priority/Insured Shipping. BOPBE is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit. It is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.

REDIRECTING ORDERS
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Please supply an address able to receive the package or an address where the package is safe to leave unattended. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.

LOST PACKAGE
If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Priority/Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package. You can then contact help@bopbemade.com to replace your order.
