Return Policy
Returns + Exchanges
Because our items are made to order, we accept returns on a case to case basis and at our discretion. Check your items when they arrive! If there’s a problem with your order, contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) - hello@bopbemade.com
If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, and you do not contact us, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. No refunds will be given for items sent back to us without prior approval.
Because we make everything to order, we do not offer exchanges.
Custom orders and "in person" sales at markets are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For Returns
- Contact us by email: hello@bopbemade.com within 7 days of your order being delivered - we will email you back about the return
- Items must be postmarked no later than 15 days after deemed an acceptable return - Items must be accompanied by your order number.
- Items must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and with original packaging
- Items must be packed in a box or heavily padded mailer to protect the merchandise - If possible, package the way it was sent to you. Items not packed adequately will be rejected. We will not accept items damaged in return shipping.
Shipping costs are non refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in correspondence.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of your item, as well as the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment used for purchase.

If you are shipping an item back to us, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BOPBE LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
